Want to submit music to the Garden?
Here are the FAQs.
What we need from you:
Songs of any length
48K WAV Files (if possible) no 2-pop (if possible)
Full mix and splits would be great, if possible (if you have any cutdowns that would be great, too)
Your W9 and ASCAP or BMI PRO numbers
Signed Garden Agreement
How to deliver tracks to us:
A zipped folder via a download link from you is preferred (using dropbox, gdrive, wetransfer, etc)
If it’s easier for you, we can provide a dropbox upload link
How we operate:
Non-Exclusivity
We simply represent artist tracks with our clients. You are free to sell your tracks through anyone else. You will be contacted if one of our clients wants exclusivity before we agree to any sale.
50/50 split on licensing fees
This meets and often exceeds financial relationships between many libraries and artists out there. Our operating costs are baked into our 50% share.
Royalties
We keep 100% of publishing and you keep 100% of songwriting. We register tracks for you only on projects we license.
Work we do
We curate custom playlists for our clients on a daily basis. The more options we have, the better - we’re constantly working on getting your music licensed.
Artist ability to remove tracks
If you sell a track outside of the Garden, you simply need to contact us and have us remove that track from our library.
Meta-dating and re-naming
We’ll typically give songs new titles for our Garden.
We have a team in place to meta-date and organize tracks.
